Production tooling
EDC specialize in low-medium volume production tooling for thermoplastics and composites.
Injection moulding
EDC have part manufacturing capabilities in-house or with our partners to supply Injection Moulded, Vacuum Formed, SMC and RIM parts at low volumes to an OEM quality.
Paint & Sub-assembly
Low Volume
For very low production runs, we have a specialist paint team that focuses on prototype and low production runs.
Production Painting
EDC have facilities at both sites to support vehicle runs up to 5,000 per year.
Sub-Assembly
We provide sub assembly for internal and external customers – from front bumpers to spoilers.
Packaging and distribution
EDC carefully package and supply painted parts across the globe. We know just how important those parts are to you.
Training Programmes
We want our staff to have every opportunity to develop their career – that’s why we offer both vocational and academic courses. We also deliver comprehensive internal training.
